Recently, a partner was brought to my attention an issue with Flash-based webcams on XenApp 7.6 and Server 2012 R2, the images appear upside down in the meeting XenApp. In particular, this seems to happen when Microsoft Shockwave Flash is used as a plug-in to instantiate the webcam.
After a fairly little research by our technical support and engineering teams, the problem in the context of a conflict with some of the output characteristics of the shock wave is standing. This is still being investigated by Microsoft.
was in the course of the investigation, an interesting remedy discovered by one of our technical support engineers (who shall remain nameless) and so, while we wait for a more permanent solution, I thought I would post it here. NOTE - The method described below is provided "AS IS" and is not officially supported by Citrix. It bypasses checks should install the Adobe Flash Plugin to prevent Windows 2012 Server and may break if and when Microsoft updated Flash components.
In short, I am not saying this to be used in production, or is even a good idea. 😉

1) Rename / Windows / SysWOW64 / Macromed / Flash / folder / Flash_old /
2) In a browser other than Internet Explorer, look to step to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
3) Select "Windows 7 / Vista / XP '1
4) Select" FP 20 for Internet Explorer - ActiveX "for step 2
5) Follow the instructions to download and install the Flash plugin
6) rename / Windows / SysWOW64 / Macromed / flash /Flash32_20_0_0_306.ocx to Flash.ocx
7) Start webcam app and watch picture is right above
