A "thumbs up" from Citrix Insight Services! -

One of the best features in the Citrix Insight Services (CIS) is the Analysis Results Report prepared as part of our Health Check Summary (diagnostic report ).

In a recent blog post, my colleague-Mathew Varghese explained using the advantages of the self-diagnostic problems CIS.

I highlight another interesting point of this Analysis Report also results: power or Thumbs Down to A giving thumbs, the quality of the improvement of alarms and warnings. The system also allows to post comments help to other customers and partners, to know if these warnings helped them or not.

Our team periodically review these comments and diagnosis plug-ins to improve their quality. Your constant feedback is the best way to help us.
