Wow! It is hard to believe that it is in 2015 been a year since the introduction of the Citrix User Group Community (CUGC) at Synergy!
There is a time of learning and growth, and Citrix highly values all interactions we had with the community. We are looking to develop forward to continuing the CUGC and other opportunities for our customers, partners and employees.
To this end, I have had the honor recently on a project with an estimated member of the community of Work:. Shane Kleinert Shane is a Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), which works for the election Solutions, a Citrix partner, headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas
in the last year and a half, Shane. a great friend in the community and many valuable insights have provided during my discovery process - think of a loud soundboard! Besides Shane multiple CTPs with us and valuable feedback. Kees Baggerman, Esther Barthel, Jarian Gibson, Alexander Ervik Johnsen, Tobias Kreidl, Paul Stansel, Sacha Thomet, Bas van Kaam and Andrew Wood
Together Shane and I talked with dozens of passionate professionals in the Citrix community in recent months. Their valuable insights we have identified the opportunity to improve how we identify our most valuable contributors in the community. While many Citrix experts strive in the community to join the CTP program, membership is limited to only 50 people.
So we are working a new appreciation for animal Citrix community contributors to the structure, which will be determined Citrix Technology Attorneys (CTA) .
We have entered 25 extraordinary community members that will help us expand our community programs. These individuals communicate tireless passion for the Citrix technology in many ways. You spend countless hours sharing knowledge and connecting with community peers; Below are a few examples of its use, but the list is not exhaustive:
- their knowledge in the technology stack Citrix parts
- Involved in online forums as CUGC and other technology forums
- blogging about their experiences with the technology
- speech at Citrix and related industry events
- in support of Community programs such as Citrix IRC
- providing strategic feedback to product teams Citrix
- Volunteering for community initiatives such as local user groups leads, lunch tech chats at synergy hosting, participate in focus groups
This Citrix technology advocates for their wonderful contributions to the Citrix Community recognized , with advantages such as:

- expanded opportunities for product feedback
- Regular meetings with key product teams Citrix
- access to enablement software from third
