The internet can be the greatest invention in history. It is certainly the most amazing invention in history.
Imagine describing someone on fire in the year 46 AD. Now imagine someone describing the fire in the year 2150 AD. Does not seem difficult, right? Now imagine describing the Internet to someone in AD 46, 1500AD, or even 100!
It is almost impossible.
We have come a long way, and the Internet came even longer. You would not believe the changes in the online world has seen over the last 10 years alone

- There are 2.2 billion users Internet in the world now
- Friendster was the # 1 social network in 02 with 3 million users. Facebook is the social network No. 1 in the world in 2012 with over 00 million users.
- The average page took 16 seconds to load in 02. Today, it takes about 2 seconds.
