step 1 :. The answer file

1. Citrix Lifecycle Management has access to a Windows Server template that starts directly in the operating system without instructions. 1. From your Windows 2012 R2 VM template instance open an admin command prompt
2. Run sysprep tool as follows :.

   2. sysprep.exe / oobe / generalize / shutdown

1. From XenCenter right the template VM click and "Convert to template"
2. This is now at CLM as a template for use in floor plan available.
